An international, nonprofit, member-driven association supporting the cycling industry through education, outreach & advocacy, and networking. The ICLA promotes understanding, effective use of, and change of laws and regulations affecting the cycling industry.
Mission:To “bridge the gap” between the cycling industry and its access to and understanding of the law.

First and foremost, the ICLA will educate cycling industry leaders about laws and issues affecting their businesses through high value publications and interactive workshops and conferences.

The ICLA also will provide outreach programs for targeted non-profits and start up companies; advocate key legal issues that affect the industry; and offer networking opportunities for cycling industry members to meet and share their knowledge and experiences.
